Job summary

Inspiritus Inc. is seeking an Interpretation Services Coordinator for the Refugee & Immigrant Services department in Clarkston, GA.

This full-time role blends in-person and remote work to design and implement a fee-based language services program for refugees, immigrants, and nonprofit partners. You will lead workflows, scheduling, credentialing, invoicing, reporting, and revenue tracking while collaborating with leadership to expand services and markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination.
Experience coordinating interpreting, translation or language access programs.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual or multilingual skills strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the fee-based language services program.
Schedule, assign interpreters, and track service requests and invoicing.
Recruit and onboard interpreters and maintain credentialing processes.
Develop standards for language service delivery and reporting.
Monitor revenue targets and client markets.
Establish systems for scheduling, service requests, invoicing, and reporting.
