Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination.
• Experience coordinating interpreting, translation, language services, or community-based programs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build programs, processes, partnerships, or initiatives from the ground up.
• Ability to work with external organizations and diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the fee-based language services program, including service offerings, workflows, policies, procedures, and operational systems.
• Establish scheduling, service requests, interpreter assignment, documentation, invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate interpreting and translation requests from initial inquiry through completion and follow-up.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain a qualified network of interpreters and translators.
• Develop and coordinate orientation and training for new interpreters and language service providers.
• Establish and maintain interpreter qualification, credentialing, and documentation processes.
• Develop program goals, performance measures, and revenue targets and monitor progress toward established objectives.
