Job summary

The Siembra Nebraska Program Manager at Latino Center of the Midlands (LCM) provides strategic and operational leadership for LCM's internship program, focusing on growth, intern recruitment, host-site development, staff supervision, and partnership building. The role collaborates with the COO to set annual priorities and ensure outcomes.

It oversees year-round planning, employer and school partnerships, budget management, data quality, and grant compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in workforce development, internships, or youth programming recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual Siembra Nebraska goals, work plans and targets with the COO.
• Oversee internship recruitment, selection, placement, and career development activities.
• Manage host-site partnerships, program budgeting, data quality, and grant compliance.
• Coordinate staff supervision, planning, and program evaluation for continuous improvement.
