Job summary

The Latino Center of the Midlands in Omaha, NE is seeking a Family and Community Well-Being Coordinator to support Cultivate Wellness and Healthy Communities programs. You will work directly with participants, partners, and LCM staff to promote health, well-being, self-sufficiency, and access to community resources through culturally responsive programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include public health, social work, or related area.
• One to three years of relevant experience with families and communities and supporting community-based programs.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day program operations and logistical support for FCW programs.
• Coordinate planning and logistics of Cultivate Wellness and Healthy Communities activities; scheduling and event prep.
• Track enrollment, registration, and attendance; follow up with participants to support engagement.
• Provide participants with timely program information and support virtual platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Deliver health promotion activities and connect participants to social services and resources.
• Represent LCM at community events to engage and recruit for FCW programs.
• Maintain relationships with partner organizations and coordinate meetings and site visits.
• Collect, organize, and maintain participant data; prepare routine reports and outcomes data.
