Job summary

luinc is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate Community Living services, manage a caseload, and ensure program quality and family satisfaction. You will oversee ISL budgets, ensure staff training on goals and progress tracking, and maintain compliance with funding sources and accreditation standards.

You will also ensure that team members are trained, documentation is accurate, and reporting timelines are met, partnering with intake and support coordinators to support transition to community

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 5 years’ experience in developmental disability services.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating program services.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets and ISL-related finances.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community living services and manage caseloads for quality outcomes.
• Train and supervise Team Supervisors; ensure documentation and compliance.
• Monitor ISL budgets, staffing patterns, and regulatory reporting timelines.
• Ensure ISP, Addendums, and program plans are implemented accurately.
• Collaborate with coordinators to support person-centered planning and family engagement.
