Job summary

Network Health is seeking a Director of Communications to guide internal, external, and executive communications. The role partners with the CEO and leadership team to shape the organization's voice across employees, members, media and boards.

The successful candidate will lead an integrated communications strategy, manage media relations, and oversee content across intranet, newsletters and stakeholder communications from the Wisconsin corporate offices in Brookfield or Menasha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or media relations.
• Proven ability to shape executive-level messaging and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and senior leadership on communications strategy.
• Develop executive-level communications including speeches, remarks, and talking points.
• Lead internal and external communications programs across multiple channels.
• Manage media relations, crisis communications, and brand reputation initiatives.
