The NBA seeks a Manager, Internal Communications to develop and execute employee communications that inform, engage and align staff with business priorities. You will oversee editorial planning, craft employee-focused content and coordinate across internal channels with stakeholders across the organisation.

You will translate updates and programmes into accessible messages, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and partner with HR, IT, and Legal to support engagement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of internal/corporate communications experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder-driven projects with deadlines.
• Translate complex information into clear employee communications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data to improve content and channel performance.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute internal communications plans aligned with priorities.
• Draft and edit employee emails, intranet stories, Slack content, and more.
• Manage day-to-day intranet content planning and QA.
• Recommend channels, formats, and timing for communications.
• Build relationships with HR, Facilities, IT, Legal and others.
• Produce recurring reports on performance and engagement.
• Ensure consistent messaging across employee channels.
• Support HR Centers of Excellence communications efforts.
