Job summary

SJE is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support internal communications across all divisions and locations. This role coordinates with senior leaders to craft engaging content and maintain a consistent brand voice across the organization.

You will develop and execute internal communication plans, manage channels, and support culture initiatives, town halls, and employee engagement. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in communications are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications, PR, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in communications or employer brand.
• Experience supporting leadership messaging and culture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with company goals.
• Write, edit, and distribute announcements, intranet updates, and leadership messages.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, and senior leaders to ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness and use feedback to improve.
