Job summary

SJE is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support internal communications across all divisions and locations. You will develop and deliver clear, timely communications that support priorities, leadership messaging, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in communications, employer brand, public relations, recruitment marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to develop, coordinate, and deliver clear internal communications.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans that support goals and culture initiatives.
• Plan, write, edit, and distribute internal communications across channels.
• Maintain tone, voice, and brand alignment across communications.
• Translate complex information into clear messages for broad audiences.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing and leaders to ensure timely, relevant communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage internal communication platforms and evaluate effectiveness.
