Supernal, LLC is seeking a Communications Manager to align the internal corporate narrative with our engineering-driven mission. You will draft messaging for the CTO, CFO, and Board, and partner with operations and engineering teams to deliver cross-functional communications across the U.S.

and Group stakeholders. You will oversee presentation standards, internal events, and content for channels like Confluence and LinkedIn, while guiding change management and protecting the company’s reputation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, internal communications or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
• Aviation, aerospace, tech or startup experience highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence, and LinkedIn preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
• Flexible and adaptable to changing organizational needs
• Familiarity with audio and visual creation
• Excellent graphic design skills for presentation material preferred
• Fluency in Korean to facilitate direct collaboration with key stakeholders in Korea considered a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead the strategic evolution of internal corporate narrative to reflect engineering mission.
• Draft high-stakes messaging, briefing materials, and corporate talking points for executive leadership.
• Partner with operations, corporate strategy and engineering teams to develop cross-functional communication plans.
• Manage communication assets, including presentation design standards and internal templates.
• Coordinate and execute internal events such as Town Halls and briefings.
• Identify storytelling opportunities that recognize employee achievements and reinforce culture.
• Write, edit, and produce content for internal channels and corporate platforms.
• Interface with Hyundai Motor Group stakeholders to ensure alignment on Group initiatives.
• Support internal change management, reputation protection, and structured organizational communication.
• Establish and manage communication metrics for internal alignment and engagement.
