Job summary

Supernal seeks a Communications Manager to align internal narrative across U.S. and Group stakeholders, bridging engineering achievements with operations. You will own messaging strategy and provide executive-ready materials for the CTO, CFO, and Board.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage assets, templates, and channels, partner with Legal and HR on change communications, and measure impact with clear metrics to support a disciplined, people-centered culture at Supernal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, internal communications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in communications or related roles.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, tech or startups is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong editing, grammar and proofreading abilities.
• Experience with Atlassian Confluence and LinkedIn is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and work under time constraints.
• Familiarity with audio/visual content creation and presentation design is a plus.
• Korean language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of internal corporate narrative and branding.
• Draft high-stakes messaging for executives.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering for cross-functional comms plans.
• Manage communication assets and standards.
• Coordinate internal events like Town Halls and briefings.
• Identify storytelling opportunities to reinforce culture.
• Create content for internal channels and corporate platforms.
• Coordinate with Hyundai Motor Group stakeholders for alignment.
• Support change management and reputation protection.
• Establish and analyze internal alignment metrics.
• Track and deliver additional organizational projects.
