  • -Executive Presence:Credibility and judgment to advise senior leaders, shape messaging, and navigate sensitive or high-impact communications.

Requirements

  • -Experience partnering with executive and senior leaders on business-critical communications.
  • -Experience managing employee engagement programs, internal events, digital communications platforms, and external vendors.
  • -Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously, exercise sound judgment, and drive work from strategy through execution.
  • -Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
  • -Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • -Experience leading and developing communications professionals.
