Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises seeks an Internal Communications Lead Partner to guide large-scale employee communications, shaping the vision, mission, and talent programs across ACE. You will drive internal marketing strategies and collaborate with HR COEs and business leaders to enhance engagement and understanding of ACE initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing improvement of internal communication programs.
• Develop innovative internal communication solutions aligned with business needs.
• Analyze trends and voice of the employee to shape talent programs.
• Manage internal communications calendar and project backlog.
• Measure program impact through surveys and metrics; drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eBusiness, and Public Affairs to align messaging.
