LCS seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to craft engaging employee messages that inform, connect, and inspire across the organization. You will partner with HR and leaders to align strategy with business goals and strengthen culture.

Responsibilities include writing, editing, intranet management, event support, and developing measurable communications plans to boost awareness and engagement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
• 4–6 years in internal/corporate communications or PR; healthcare or senior living preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and measure employee communication programs.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience planning employee events, town halls, and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications initiatives supporting HR and enterprise messaging.
• Develop, edit and manage intranet content, newsletters, and announcements.
• Administer the corporate intranet and train contributors.
• Collaborate with leaders to align communications with organizational priorities.
• Measure impact using feedback and engagement metrics.
