Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Internal Communications Manager for the Networking group to craft strategic messaging across global teams. You will partner with executives to shape narratives, manage content calendars, and drive engagement via Viva Engage, newsletters, and live events.

The role requires 7+ years in employee communications or related fields, a BA/BS in communications, and the ability to work from home or in the office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in communications or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in employee communications, journalism or marketing.
• Experience supporting top executive leadership and/or the c-suite, with a global technology leader preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate internal networking communications programs.
• Coordinate internal events such as all team meetings and AMA sessions.
• Manage Viva Engage channels and newsletters; drive editorial calendar; write posts when needed.
• Lead cross‑team efforts like quarterly business reviews and communications measurement.
• Help drive annual and quarterly planning for Networking executive communications.
