Cella by Randstad Digital in Worcester, MA is seeking a contract-based Internal Communications Specialist to drive engagement and translate strategic objectives into compelling stories across digital channels.

You will partner with senior leadership to craft newsletters, webcasts, presentations, and SharePoint features while coordinating complex executive schedules and travel logistics. A2-5 year track in communications or project work is expected.

Qualifications

2-5 years of internal communications, corporate engagement, or project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, webcasting, and travel/expense systems.
Experience developing engaging written narratives and basic-to-intermediate graphic design or video production skills.
Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred in Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end internal communication plans and employee engagement campaigns.
Create site newsletters, webcasts, presentations, and SharePoint features with senior leadership.
Manage executive priorities, including multi-time-zone calendars, travel logistics, and confidential documentation.
Leverage digital productivity tools, modern collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to optimize administrative workflows, streamline event coordination, and improve site operational efficiency.
