Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Internal Communications professional to craft executive messaging, manage town halls, and coordinate multi-department communications across the company. You will own leadership communications for sensitive topics and oversee vendor coordination and AV for live events.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, plus extensive cross-functional collaboration with Stores, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure timely, impactful communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Employee Communications, Public Relations, or related experience.
• Experience developing communications for large employee populations.
• Strong executive communications and leadership messaging experience.
• Exceptional written, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing enterprise newsletters, internal announcements, and employee communication campaigns.
• Experience supporting executive presentations, town halls, leadership meetings, or company-wide communications.

Responsibilities

• Creates executive leadership communications for internal and external stakeholders including vendor communications, leadership/org announcements, Town Hall scripts, and other sensitive messaging.
• Leads agenda planning and content for quarterly Town Hall Meetings. Manages coordination with external vendors, oversees set-up for AV, manages production during Town Hall meetings.
• Develops communications strategy and executes comms for major company, HR, and IT initiatives.
• Leads all coordination with Store Operations on store-facing communications through MIK Check and other channels.
• Works with teams across Stores, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Learning and Development, IT, Asset Protection, Legal and PR to determine communication needs, develop the messaging and coordinate timing and approvals.
• Writes, edits, publishes weekly Creative Brief email to all Team Members and manages updates for The MIK (sharepoint).
• Main point of contact for philanthropic partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and BGC Canada, including: Coordinating directly with the national organizations and local Clubs.; Tracking money raised through round-up; manages timely payout to BGCA and BGC Canada.; Developing Team Member, customer, and leadership communications.; Coordinating messaging, timing, approvals, and impact reporting.
