Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to drive engagement and operational efficiency at a Worcester site. You will partner with senior leadership and scientists to craft compelling newsletters, webcasts, and SharePoint features, while handling complex executive logistics and confidential documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years in communications or project management, strong MS 365 skills, and a background in creating multimedia messaging.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate engagement, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint site management, Teams platforms, webcasting technology, and corporate travel/expense systems.
• Proven ability to develop engaging written narratives and basic-to-intermediate graphic design or video production skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end internal communication plans and engagement campaigns across digital channels.
• Partner with senior leadership and scientists to author and publish site newsletters, webcasts, presentations, and SharePoint features.
• Manage executive priorities including multi-time-zone calendars, travel logistics, and confidential documentation for leadership continuity.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to optimize administrative workflows and event coordination.
