Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, English, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in corporate/internal/PR/marketing communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and translating needs into content.
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to understand needs and deliver timely content.
• Write, edit, and coordinate announcements, messages, newsletters, intranet articles, presentations, videos, and Q&A materials.
• Translate complex information into clear, audience-focused content.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, distribution and channel execution.
• Maintain editorial calendars and distribution lists.
• Support measurement and improvements based on engagement data.
• Adhere to Fortrea's voice and editorial guidelines.
