Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing strategies, plans, and executive messaging.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EEI's internal communications strategy.
• Translate priorities and performance into team-focused communications.
• Reinforce ownership culture with consistent messaging.
• Partner with executives to craft leadership announcements and updates.
• Create toolkits, templates, and coaching for leaders.
• Develop change communication plans for initiatives and policies.
• Manage intranet platforms, newsletters, videos, and campaigns.
• Establish KPIs and conduct communication audits and reporting.
