Job summary

EEI is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead EEI's enterprise-wide communications strategy and messaging. You will partner with leadership, People Services, and operations to inform and align teams around priorities and ownership culture.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in corporate communications, strong storytelling, and proven change-management communications experience, with a passion for strategic communications and organizational storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal/ corporate communications or related area.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies, plans, and executive messaging.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EEI's internal communications strategy across the enterprise.
• Translate priorities and initiatives into clear, team-focused communications.
• Reinforce EEI's mission, values, and ownership culture through consistent messaging.
• Partner with executives to create leadership announcements, updates, and talking points.
• Support change management initiatives with planning, roadmaps, and toolkits.
• Create coaching resources, templates, and materials for leaders.
