Job summary

TransUnion in Chicago is seeking a Communications Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive internal communications, executive messaging, and employee engagement campaigns. The role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, including planning, writing, and producing communications across emails, intranet, LinkedIn content, and video scripts.

You'll lead with a journalistic mindset, measure impact through metrics, and collaborate across functions to elevate the company's voice

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to form and drive consultative relationships with leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Expertise in corporate communication programs and channels, with a track record of success developing, executing and measuring strategic communications programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and produce internal communications and executive messaging.
• Develop leadership communications, intranet articles, videos and presentations.
• Define and execute communication plans with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to elevate voice and align with business priorities.
• Track and report key performance metrics and adjust plans accordingly.
