Job summary

Enova International is seeking an Internal Communications Lead in Chicago to shape and execute internal and corporate communications across the organization. You will own high-visibility programs, partner with cross-functional leaders, and position Communications as a trusted strategic advisor.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who can manage projects independently, anticipate needs, and build relationships while contributing to strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in corporate/internal communications or related field.
• Experience supporting executive communications and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience managing employee engagement programs.
• Public company and/or financial services experience preferred.
• Experience in a regulated industry with formal communications controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications support for enterprise and functional initiatives.
• Own and execute enterprise-wide communications programs (all-hands, recognition, volunteering).
• Support executive communications, including messaging development and visibility opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop effective communications strategies and plans.
• Draft polished, executive-ready communications across formats and audiences.
• Independently manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Anticipate risks, stakeholder needs and roadblocks before they arise.
