Enova International is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in Chicago, IL, operating in a hybrid model with in-office presence Tue–Thu and remote flexibility Mon and Fri. The role supports the NetCredit unit by driving projects that improve processes, customer experience, and bottom-line results.

You will own initiatives from idea through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required background includes a bachelor’s in engineering, business, or finance, plus 4–7

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• 4-7 years of experience in process improvement, management consulting, or data analytics.
• Comfort with data-intensive environments and SQL/BI tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Negotiation, influence, leadership, and project execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives driving new projects, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, prioritize and execute projects to balance business needs and technical constraints.
• Own end-to-end projects from recommendation to implementation and measurable business impact.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and collaborate with internal tech teams to meet requirements.
• Execute data-intensive ad-hoc projects to support decision-making.
