Stryker seeks a Senior Project Communication Manager to join the Employee Communications team. You will help connect people, platforms and processes to move content from idea to delivery with clarity and impact.

You will support intake, governance and execution, partnering across stakeholders to keep work moving with purpose. This role blends coordination with systems thinking and continuous improvement to strengthen enterprise communications and a consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6+ years of professional work experience in communications or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Help build and maintain connections behind enterprise employee communications, platforms and content workflows.
• Support intake, planning, execution and governance for communications across stakeholders.
• Coordinate initiatives across team members, designers, vendors and channel owners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Assist planning and execution of enterprise-wide communications, including tool rollouts and policy updates.
• Develop materials, templates, metadata frameworks and governance documentation.
• Gather metrics and feedback, providing insights to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Champion a consistent employee experience across regions and functions.
