Job summary

You will join Yara North America in Tampa, FL as a Communications and Change Management Specialist. The role partners with senior leaders to drive strategic communication, change initiatives and employee engagement across the Americas with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities include planning, messaging, leadership materials, and channel management to ensure consistent communications and adoption of strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in internal communications and/or change management.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in multicultural, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Align local communication and change initiatives with Americas strategy and regional priorities.
• Support SVP with Town Halls and communications, including toolkits, talking points, FAQs.
• Develop communication plans, messaging frameworks, leadership materials and engagement campaigns.
• Assess change impacts and define action plans to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
• Partner with leaders, People & Culture, and project teams for consistent messaging.
• Measure effectiveness via surveys, analytics, and feedback; propose improvements.
• Manage intranet, newsletters, town halls, videos and digital channels.
