Responsibilities

• Lead strategic internal communications and change management for the Americas region, aligning with business goals and culture.
• Oversee Global Internal Communications initiatives and mentor the team, including a direct report in New York City.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to embed the refreshed Oliver Wyman brand identity across the organization.
• Provide advisory support to leaders and develop KPI-driven measurement for engagement impact.
