Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a Change Management Communications Manager to lead strategic, organization-wide internal communication plans in the North America region. The role focuses on supporting a safety culture, coordinating with Health & Safety, HR, Operations, and the Communications Team to drive adoption and readiness across key audiences.

Responsibilities include developing multichannel strategies, evaluating plan effectiveness, and partnering with leaders to deliver engagement

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience creating change management communication plans and internal campaigns.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading complex projects with internal teams and external agency partners.
• Experience with multi-national, matrixed manufacturing organizations.
• Certification in change management communications is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate change management strategy into clear, actionable communication plans.
• Lead planning and creation of campaigns, toolkits, calendars, content, and engagement activities.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement including events, town halls, and feedback mechanisms.
• Partner with HR and Operations to define requirements for people managers’ communications skills.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment and integration of campaigns and priorities.
• Manage project plans and report progress to senior Communications leaders.
• Regularly report on KPIs and employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate communication strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all plans stay within allocated budget.
