E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks an Intelligence Network Development Analyst (IRN) to support the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office in JBAB, DC. The role focuses on all-source analytics, network development, and HUMINT targeting to support policy makers and DoD customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analytics experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting in IC/CC environments.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases such as Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI.
• Ability to produce high-quality, tailored deliverables and briefs for clients at tactical to strategic levels.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and capable of maintaining DoD TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, create queries, and merge information from diverse sources to support mission understanding.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques and databases to inform DoD officials and clients about AOR issues.
• Apply structured methodologies and SME guidance to drive efforts.
• Analyze the development of products for tactical to strategic use, including actionable leads and briefings.
