E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Network Development Analyst (Energy Team) to join our JBAB, DC team.

The role supports the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office by analyzing infrastructure, energy systems, and related resources to assist policymakers and warfighters. The analyst will explore data sources, perform intelligence analyses, and deliver actionable leads and briefings from tactical to strategic levels for senior clients, while maintaining TS/SCI with CI Poly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with all-source analytics and intelligence analysis.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefs.
• Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex problems.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to maintain TS/SCI with CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources and build effective queries for mission understanding.
• Validate information and craft assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques to inform DoD officials and clients.
• Apply structured methodologies and SME guidance across topics.
• Analyze product development for tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads.
