Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks an Intelligence Network Development Analyst (EUCOM) to join our team at JBAB, DC. The role focuses on developing and integrating intelligence networks to support US and allied warfighters and policymakers.

The ideal candidate has strong all-source analytics skills, experience with HUMINT targeting, and the ability to produce high-quality briefings and assessments for senior leadership, with TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of all-source analytics experience.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting in IC/CC environments.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Proficiency with SIGINT and HUMINT tools and databases (Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI).
• Ability to deliver complex briefings and written products to clients from tactical to strategic levels.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to maintain TS/SCI with CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help your client understand their mission environment.
• Validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers, DoD officials, and operational customers about issues pertaining to a specified client area of responsibility (AOR).
• Use structured methodologies and techniques appropriate to the topic and apply specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts.
• Analyze the development of products tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
