Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Intelligence Network Development Analyst (AOR Agnostic) to join our team at JBAB, DC, supporting the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office. The role emphasizes all-source analytics, data-driven assessments, and senior-level briefings to policymakers.

Qualified candidates will have a TS/SCI with CI Poly, U.S. citizenship, and experience in network development analysis, HUMINT targeting, and fusion cell environments. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics experience or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting in IC or CC environments.
• Experience conducting pattern of life, social network, and human factors analysis.
• Experience with SIGINT and HUMINT; using high-side tools and databases (Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, BODHI).
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefings for clients at tactical to strategic levels.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, create queries, and combine information from disparate sources to support the client’s mission.
• Validate information and craft assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques and databases to inform DoD officials and operational customers.
• Apply structured methodologies and SME knowledge to guide efforts.
• Analyze development of products including actionable leads, complex written products, and formal or informal briefings.
