Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. is hiring an Intelligence Network Development Analyst (EUCOM) for JBAB, DC. You will develop networks, validate data, and produce tailored intelligence assessments for senior policymakers in support of DoD operations.

Minimum qualifications include a U.S. citizenship with TS/SCI w/ CI Poly and 3+ years of all-source analytics (or 7+ years without degree). Travel up to 10% may be required. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis and actionable intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analytics experience, or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within the IC or Combatant Command environments.
• Experience conducting pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis.
• Experience working with SIGINT and HUMINT, and using high-side tools and databases, including Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, FADE MIST, and BODHI.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefings tailored to clients at tactical to strategic levels.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help understand the mission environment.
• Validate information and apply client tradecraft to build assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques, methodologies, tools, and databases to inform senior policymakers and DoD officials.
• Apply structured methodologies and specialized subject matter expertise to guide efforts.
• Analyze development of products tailored to clients from tactical to strategic levels, including actionable leads and briefings.
