Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks an Intelligence Network Development Analyst (IRN) to join the team at JBAB, DC, supporting the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office.

The role focuses on cataloging and analyzing infrastructure and defense-related resources to support planners, policymakers, and warfighters. The position requires a US citizen with TS/SCI clearance w/CI poly, and experience in all-source analytics, network development, and HUMINT targeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of all-source analytics experience or 7+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within IC/CC environments.
• Experience with pattern of life, social network, and human factors analyses.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources, create queries, and combine information to support understanding of the mission environment.
• Validate information and prepare assessments for senior policymakers.
• Leverage targeting techniques and databases to inform senior policymakers and DoD officials.
• Apply structured methodologies and subject matter expertise to guide efforts.
• Analyze development of products for tactical to strategic levels including actionable leads and briefings.
