Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a leadership role to head strategic intelligence and insights for the PDS function. The role transforms passive data into proactive intelligence to inform senior leadership and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include monitoring market, regulatory, and supply chain developments; synthesizing information to identify risks; developing executive briefings and early-warning systems; and collaborating with risk, strategy, and operations teams to ensure timely insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management roles with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering executive briefings.
• MBA or MA advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal/external developments (market, geopolitical, regulatory, supply chain).
• Synthesize cross-unit information to identify patterns and risks.
• Develop executive-ready briefings and early-warning mechanisms.
• Collaborate with enterprise risk management, strategy, and operations to ensure aligned insights for decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Create standardized reporting formats and improve sensing methodologies for better insights.
