Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Business Insights and Analytics team within Digital Human Health. You will serve as a strategic partner to drive marketing insights and enhance customer engagement, guiding a performance sub-team and mentoring analysts.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, collaboration across functions, and staying ahead with innovative methodologies, including AI, to inform commercial strategies and optimize patient claims analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years delivering complex analytics in pharma/healthcare.
Strong understanding of pharma commercial analytics, data management, storytelling, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of analysts.
Provide actionable, data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data visualization and solutions.
Manage analytics projects.
Incorporate AI into analysis and experimentation; stay current with industry trends.
