Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma or life sciences with proven market research experience.
• Strong knowledge of specialty care markets, ideally Hematology.
• Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Pharma, Medicine, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Generate and synthesize market intelligence from primary research, competitive data, and market analytics.
• Lead market research initiatives, monitor brand performance, and develop forecasting models.
• Contribute to business cases and strategic planning.
• Maintain knowledge management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and R&D.
• Support global and local decision-making around new indications and portfolio planning.
