Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a leadership role to head strategic intelligence and insights for the PDS function. The role transforms passive data into proactive intelligence to inform senior leadership and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include monitoring market, regulatory, and supply chain developments; synthesizing information to identify risks; developing executive briefings and early-warning systems; and collaborating with risk, strategy, and operations teams to ensure timely insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management roles with ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering executive briefings.
• MBA or MA advanced degree preferred.

Lead the strategic intelligence and insights function within PDS, transforming passive data collection into proactive, actionable intelligence to inform senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal/external developments (market, geopolitical, regulatory, supply chain)

• Develop executive-ready briefings, and establish early-warning mechanisms
• Collaborate broadly with enterprise risk management, strategy, and operational teams to ensure aligned and timely insights, supporting strategic decision-making and risk mitigation
• Create standardized reporting formats and continuously improve sensing methodologies for more effective intelligence delivery

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in science, engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree (MBA/M.A.) preferred
• 10+ years in strategy, consulting, operations, or program management roles with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering executive briefings
