Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Insights (US) to lead US market insights, analytics, and forecasting within its oncology-focused commercial organization. The role requires coordinating insights across brand, market access, and launch readiness, and translating data into strategic narratives for leadership.

The candidate will oversee forecasting for existing and new products, guide market access insights, and support business planning.

Qualifications

Doctorate with 8+ years, Master’s with 10+ years, or Bachelor’s with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
Proven leadership in insights, analytics, forecasting, and market access functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee US insights strategy across brand, market access, and launch readiness.
Synthesize research, analytics, and competitive intelligence into strategic narratives.
Lead forecasting for existing and new products.
Guide market access insights and support business planning and performance measurement.
Develop and mentor insights teams.
Serve as a strategic partner to US Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Leadership.
