Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in science, engineering, business, analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Environmental Sensing: Monitor internal and external developments that may affect priorities and objectives; surface issues and opportunities for leadership action.
• Strategic Synthesis & Cross‑PDS Analysis: Synthesize information from across units to identify patterns, risks, and implications; translate into insights and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Enterprise Connectivity: Build and sustain a broad stakeholder network to enable reliable information flow and integrated view.
• Executive Communication & Leadership Briefings: Develop executive-ready briefings and presentations for leadership forums and governance reviews.
• Strategic Risk Sensing: Assess emerging issues for potential impact and advise proactive responses with governance partners.
• Intelligence Products & Continuous Improvement: Create standardized products and frameworks to support leadership reviews.
