Handshake is seeking a Partnerships Lead - Integrations & Ecosystem to own the integration strategy and data partnerships across ATS and CRM ecosystems. You will shape the multi-year roadmap, align with engineering and product leadership, and turn partnership opportunities into signed deals and measurable adoption.

You will negotiate complex partnerships, manage QBRs, and drive go-to-market alignment while operating as a senior IC with strategic influence. This remote-friendly U.S.

Qualifications

• Own integrations or ecosystem partnerships end to end.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing large strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Set ATS integration strategy across products and customers.
• Source, negotiate, and close integration and data partnerships end to end.
• Own existing ATS and data partners and improve health and adoption.
• Grow third-party data partnerships for richer product data.
• Translate partner needs to product/engineering with clear requirements.
• Turn partnerships into revenue with sales and CS enablement.
