Job summary

Handshake is seeking a senior Partnerships Lead - Integrations & Ecosystem to own the multi-year strategy for integrations and data partnerships. You will shape the product roadmap with engineering, align go-to-market, and represent Handshake to top partners. Turn ‘we should integrate’ into signed deals and shipped integrations with measurable adoption.

The role is hands-on, balancing strategy with execution, and requires building and scaling partnerships within HR tech or sales tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

Owns integrations or ecosystem-partnerships end to end in HR tech or sales tech.
Sourced, negotiated, closed large strategic partnerships: API integrations, marketplace listings, co-marketing, data licensing.

Responsibilities

Set our ATS integration strategy by mapping landscape and prioritizing builds/partnerships.
Source, negotiate, and close integration and data partnerships end to end.
Own existing ATS and data partners; run QBRs and monitor health and adoption.
Grow third-party data partnerships to enrich product and go-to-market data.
Translate partner needs into product/engineering requirements; keep launches on schedule.
Turn partnerships into revenue by enabling sales and CS and tracking pipeline.
