Job summary

OJ Digital is seeking a Solutions Architect for our post‑sales team in San Francisco. You will own complex enterprise integrations, working with customer engineers to deliver implementations from requirements to production go‑live.

The role requires hands‑on experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks and authentication flows, plus integrating with ERP and financial systems like SAP, Oracle or NetSuite. Hybrid work in San Francisco is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Solutions Architecture or a closely related technical role.
• Strong post-sales implementation experience within enterprise SaaS or API‑first software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical implementations from requirements through go‑live and post‑launch support.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs, JSON/XML, webhooks and authentication protocols.
• Work with enterprise customer engineering teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Integrate API‑first software with ERP, billing, and financial systems.
• Translate financial, regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops, implementation meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes, documentation and product functionality.
