Aveanna Healthcare seeks an Integration Business Partner to orchestrate the seamless integration of acquired companies into our culture, processes, and systems. You will drive enterprise-wide initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional leaders to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in business integration, project management, corporate strategy or equivalent.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects and post-acquisition integrations.
• Experience using and integrating enterprise tools such as ERPs and EHR systems; PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional integration teams to provide insights during due diligence, focusing on operational, cultural, and system integration considerations.
• Lead the integration of acquired company systems, processes, and personnel into the Target Operating Model (TOM).
• Develop and execute comprehensive task plans for pre- and post-acquisition phases, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration activities with internal stakeholders, acquired company teams, and external advisors to achieve milestones.
• Develop initiatives to align organizational cultures and foster employee engagement during transitions.
