Job summary

Humana seeks an experienced and strategic Assistant Vice President, Integration & Value Creation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and complex integration programs. This role bridges strategy and execution to realize value from acquisitions, partnerships, and organizational transformations, partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy execution, transformation, integration, consulting, operations, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and implement integration frameworks, governance structures, and operating models that support business objectives.
• Establish Day 1 readiness plans, stabilization milestones, and long-term integration roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate integration risks while ensuring continuity of business operations.
