The client is seeking a VP, Integration to serve as a strategic operational leader and key partner to senior management. This role focuses on scaling the company’s operating model and integrating newly acquired schools into The client’s platform, supporting growth through disciplined M&A execution and effective post-acquisition onboarding.

The VP, Integration will help develop and execute integration plans that align acquired businesses, support retention of key talent, drive adoption of company practices, and deliver operational synergies. Responsibilities include establishing operational rigor, performance metrics, and accountability structures to enhance school performance and scalability while preserving the entrepreneurial culture and strengths of acquired organizations.

As a collaborative leader, the VP, Integration will partner with school owners, operators, and the executive team to drive continuous improvement, accelerate value creation, and build a scalable operating infrastructure to support The client’s continued expansion.
