Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, Florida seeks a senior integration program lead to drive planning, budgeting and resource allocation for newly acquired facilities, the corporate campus, and system initiatives.

You will recruit, train and manage teams, develop engagement strategies, and implement standardized integration processes and templates across projects, reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare operations, communications, project management or related field.
• PMP or PROSCI certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for integration projects.
• Leads and develops engagement plans for newly acquired facilities and corporate initiatives.
• Develops standard integration processes and templates and ensures their use.
• Manages stakeholder assessments, interviews, and data analysis to guide strategies.
• Recruits, trains, and manages team members to align with culture.
• Monitors progress and reports milestones to leadership.
