Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a Senior Specialist, Integration Management Office to help shape and deliver strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and partnerships. You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and drive enterprise-wide integration programs.

The role emphasizes governance, planning, and execution across cross-functional teams, with a focus on successful Day 1 readiness and long‑term transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience with change management and agile delivery.
• Exposure to mergers & acquisitions and enterprise integrations a plus.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of strategic integrations, acquisitions, and partnerships.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across business, operations, technology, finance, compliance, legal, risk and people processes.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, and executive reporting.
• Support Integration Management Office governance activities, including steering committee prep and progress reporting.
• Track objectives, value capture, and KPIs to ensure intended business benefits.
• Partner with senior leaders to plan and execute high‑impact initiatives and integration programs.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to foster collaboration and alignment.
• Support organizational readiness and change adoption for new initiatives and processes.
• Drive readiness planning and transition execution for Day 1 and post‑close stabilization.
