• Leads portfolio-level strategy and allocation decisions ensuring investments align with priorities.
• Leads end-to-end deal execution including valuation, modeling, diligence, and governance.
• Owns scoping and development for new pilot and/or commercial partnerships.
• Develops evaluation frameworks and guardrails to assess ideas against strategic fit and risk.
• Coordinates cross-functional due diligence and presents recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Monitors post-close performance and surfaces risks and value opportunities for portfolio action.
• Cultivates networks and partnerships to strengthen sourcing and insight.
