Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Senior Integrated Design Manager to lead IDM efforts across multiple campuses, aligning critical systems, costs, and constructability early in design. You will mentor junior designers and coordinate with construction managers to ensure schedule adherence and design quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience managing complex design programs.
• Strong data center or mission‐critical design and construction background.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Design Management across multiple projects or campuses.
• Drive early alignment on critical systems, design assumptions, and high‑cost scope elements.
• Maintain accountability of third‑party design teams for quality and schedule.
